Our goal is to minimize the production downtimes during the repair of tools using innovative concepts. The HTS Mobile laser welding system combines mobility and flexibility to enable the repair of small tools as well as large ones. Due to the swiveling arm and the mobile resonator it is possible to weld tools regardless of geometry and position. Because of the movable construction the equipment can be easily moved and the brake system allows it to be stably positioned.
The total time for processing a tool is minimized because of the quickly assembling and disassembling and the long traverse paths of the axes.
 An innovative feature is the internal compressor laser cooling designed by O.R. Lasertechnologie, which - in contrast to water/air cooling system - always guarantees a constant temperature and this delivers consistent laser performance.
We also have the right solutions for automated laser welding jobs. CNC control, which is available as an option, and the autofocus system enable automated 3D laser welding for small batches or mass production.
